Lifestyle subscription brand FabFitFun launches in the UK

FabFitFun, the LA-based beauty and lifestyle membership, has expanded into the UK following an $80 million funding round in January.

Costing about £50 each season, the membership includes the FabFitFun Box, which delivers a selection of full-size products across beauty, fashion, wellness, fitness, home, technology four times a year.

Members receive 8-10 products worth a combined £150 from premium and emerging brands including Murad, Rachel Pally, Tula Skincare, Ciate, Blaq, Oribe and Elemis, GlamGlow and Dove, among others.

“We’ve spent the last ten years building FabFitFun into one of the most beloved multi-platform lifestyle and wellness brands in the United States and Canada,” said FabFitFun editor-in-chief Katie Rosen Kitchens.

“Our members tell us almost daily about the positive impact FabFitFun has on their lives and we want to bring this experience to as many people in as many places as possible. As we continue to grow our international reach we are thrilled to introduce the FabFitFun membership experience to the UK.”

The membership also includes access to FabFitFunTV, an online platform with videos covering a variety of topics such as fitness, cooking, DIY and relationship advice; the members-only FabFitFun online community, and exclusive sales and shopping experiences.

The service has recently hit one million members in the US, and raised $80 million in a Series A funding round led by by venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins with participation from NEA and Upfront Ventures in January.

The investment is being used to expand its membership offerings, evolve the platform as a marketing partner for brands and support the company’s global expansion.
