Livy teams up with the Crazy Horse to launch a bold lingerie capsule

Livy has created a sensual lingerie capsule collection together with the iconic Parisian cabaret the Crazy Horse for the holiday season. The collection, which also includes body accessories, was crafted in leather and silk and features a red and black color palette and sophisticated shimmering details. The French premium lingerie label explored the kaleidoscopic world of the Parisian cabaret and the colorful style of its performers.

With leather, silk, and silver rhinestones, the capsule celebrates the universe of the two Parisian houses - Livy

The 20 pieces of this exclusive collaboration were unveiled on Wednesday, November 9 in the intimate atmosphere of the famous Parisian cabaret, located near the Champs-Élysées in Paris' 8th arrondissement. The artistic and spectacular performance mischievously revealed the lingerie and body accessories worn by the cabaret's dancers, the Crazy Girls.

"I found references to the Crazy Horse everywhere in this collection, from the shoulder pads to the jewel harnesses, to the play with transparencies that evoke the show's projections, to the simple and graphic lines", said Andrée Deissenberg, general creative director of Crazy Horse, in a press release.

The names of this capsule's lingerie sets, "Showtime", "Peek-a-Boo", "Very Crazy", "Attitude" and "Venus Vanity", all reference the unique venue and its aesthetic codes. The first ensemble, consisting of a harness, tanga and garter belt, is entirely composed of silver rhinestones arranged as tassels or diamond shapes that play with the curves of the female body. Livy's precious pieces that are suggestive without being too revealing served as the common thread of this collection, such as its monowire bra embellished with jewels.

The collaboration between Livy and the Crazy Horse was revealed on Wednesday, November 9 in the colorful Parisian cabaret - Livy

"When I first founded Livy, the Crazy Horse and its unique shows were among my inspirations: the obviously very feminine side, the relationship between the fabrics and the skin, the extraordinary trompe-l'oeil effects, etc. That's what I'm looking for in my creations", said Lisa Chavy, founder of the premium lingerie label.

The entrepreneur, who previously worked at Etam as creative director of the Undiz brand, hopes that this bold collaboration can be worn "by the dancers at Crazy Horse and by all women who want to feel free, alive and proud." Prices range from 95 to 490 euros for the lingerie sets and accessories.

The holiday capsule will be available from December 1 on the lingerie brand's online shop and in its points of sale, in the Parisian cabaret boutique as well as in a pop up at Printemps Haussmann until New Year's Eve.
