Spanish fashion brand Loewe is opening ‘Casa Loewe’, its largest and first flagship store in Spain, on 17 of November.

The store follows the new store concept introduced by the brand’s creative director Jonathan Anderson. Spreading over 10,000 sq ft of space across three floors, the store is based in an historic 19th century building which is also home to the label’s headquarters.

The brand’s men’s and women’s and accessories collections will be showcased in the flagship boutique alongside specialised departments such as a made-to-measure and exotic skin items.

According to the heritage brand, the space features careful natural lighting and unique pieces to create a modern environment. Art works and artisanal creations are also on display, including pieces by Edmund de Waal, Richard Smith, Gloria García Lorca and Sir Howard Hodgkin.

Additionally, the space showcases the brand’s new photography book, ‘Past, Present, Future’, but perhaps the most unexpected feature is a flower shop.

Loewe is also launching an exhibition at Madrid’s Botanical Gardens to celebrate the evolution of the brand since Jonathan Anderson took over in 2014.
