Lululemon appoints Kathryn Henry to Board of Directors

Lululemon announced Tuesday the appointment of Kathryn Henry to the Board of Directors. Founder, Chip Wilson exercised his board nomination rights to appoint Henry to the company board.
Henry joined the company in 2010 as the CIO. She was responsible for building the company's IT organization and business operating capabilities, and eventually expanded her role to include responsibility for global logistics and distribution. During her tenure, she built teams across IT, distribution and logistics, built strategic vendor relationships and led the establishment of the company’s e-commerce foundation that contributed 300% revenue growth.
In addition to serving on the Lululemon Board of Directors, Henry is currently a consultant and advisor. Prior to Lululemon, she held executive positions with Gap, Levi’s, Charles Schwab and Ernst & Young.
