Mango : Tony Batlló new director of international expansion
Jun 5, 2014
Mango is undergoing a significant change at the top. One year after the retirement of Nahman Andic, one of the brand’s two founding brothers, another important figure is leaving the company.
Right there alongside Isak and Nahman Andic since the founding of Mango thirty years ago, Isak Halfon is now leaving the executive board and his post as director of international expansion.
In early June, he will be replaced by Tony Batlló, who has served as American country manager until now. Named to the position in 2012, he had previously worked for other Spanish multinationals in sectors as diverse as the automotive, agrochemical and e-commerce industries.
Henceforth, he will be responsible for all new international development policies, and, like his predecessor, will sit on the executive board.
