Current Managing Director of Development Gary Bond will now be supported in his role by Michael Natas, promoted to the position of "joint managing director" at the British outlet specialist.

Michael Natas is no stranger to the organisation, having been with the group for 12 years, during which time he contributed to the group's increase in sales surface area from 300,000 to 630,000 square metres. Previously, he was Deputy Managing Director, and before that, as Regional Development Director, laying the groundwork for the recently-opened McArthurGlen Provence de Miramas shopping centre in the south of France, and the Normandy outlet project in Vernon.
Amongst his new duties beside Gary Bond, Michael Natas will have his work cut out for him, as the group hopes to increase its European sales area by 50% to reach 900,000 square metres by 2021, via the Greek, Austrian, Belgian, Canadian, French, German Italian, Dutch and British markets.
McArthurGlen heads a network of 24 designer outlets across these 9 countries. Established in 1993, the group launched a joint venture with the Simon Property Group. The group is currently working with new retail resorts in Malaga, Spain; Remscheid, Germany; Cannock, UK; and in Ghent, Belgium.
