Untuckit, the retailer for casual men’s shirting, launched on Thursday a line of shirting for boys.
The new shirting selection includes polo shirts and button down shirts in solid colors and stripe, gingham and plaid patterns. The collection ranges in size from 2 to 14 and prices range from $35 to $60.
According to Untuckit co-founder Chris Riccobono, the retailer ventured into children’s sizes after customers expressed interest in buying certain men’s shirts for their children.
The introduction of kids sizes comes months after Untuckit received a $30 million investment from Kleiner Perkins. The venture capital firm invested in the retailer’s first major round of fundraising, which helped Untuckit expand into womenswear and 15 new stores.
The retailer currently operates 18 stores in the US in New York City, Boston, Las Vegas, Mall of America, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, San Francisco, Denver, Tampa, Short Hills in New Jersey, St. Louis, Atlanta, Portland, and two stores each in Los Angeles and Philadelphia.
The new shirting selection for boys is available now on the Untuckit website.
