The 1,600-square-foot store sports very high ceilings, high windows and tall doors that pull in natural light and illuminate the space’s concrete floors, mid-century furniture, iron bars, reclaimed wood and antique Afghan rugs. The interior is intended to marry high-tech and organic, showing that both can coexist.

The product offering includes a number of brands such as, Feit, Camoshita and PT01, as well as exclusives from Levi’s, Golden Goose, Piccolo and Eral 55 among others that represent a third of the inventory.

The three founders opened Magasin in March 2016 after months of preparation. Peskowitz parted ways with Bloomingdale’s where he served as Men’s Fashion Director to focus on the multi-brand men’s concept store. In addition to co-founding the store, Golby and Desmaison also operate CD Network, a New York City-based showroom that represents a number of brands that are carried at Magasin.

Magasin is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 7pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm.
