The new 350-square-foot storefront is being leased by Douglas Elliman for $126,000 a year. Firms Faith Hope Consolo and Corey Shuster, reputable luxury retail brokers in New York, inked the deal.

Touting himself as “the master of anonymous luxury,” Boris’ new boutique features his ready-to-wear collection that represents the same architecturally luxurious clothing the Hudson Valley native has been executing for the past 35-plus years.

The designer’s wares are also sold at luxury retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Wilkes Bashford and pop-up trunk shows. Additional freestanding Michael Boris boutiques are located in Nob Hill, San Francisco and in the West Village, New York City.

Michael Boris is in the company of other luxury designers on Lexington, to include recently opened Zang Toi, Lee Anderson Couture, Cotélac and more.
