Michelle Kelly named CEO of Lilly Pulitzer

Oxford Industries, Inc. announced Tuesday that Michelle Kelly, President of Lilly Pulitzer, will succeed Scott A. Beaumont and James B. Bradbeer, Jr. as Group CEO of Lilly Pulitzer. Beaumont and Bradbeer will retire as Co- Group CEOs on April 1, 2016.

 
Kelly has served at Lilly Pulitzer for 11 years and has held management and leadership positions in Lilly’s marketing, merchandising, wholesale, retail and e-commerce teams. Under her leadership, the brand launched e-commerce, developed customer relationship management capabilities and spearheaded the very successful Lilly Pulitzer for Target collaboration.

Beaumont and Bradbeer co-founded the company that re-launched Lilly Pulitzer 23 years ago. Together, they led the rapid growth of the brand to $168 million in net sales last year.
