Missoni is planning a stock exchange listing within the next three years. The announcement was made yesterday by the Italian label’s president Angela Missoni, speaking at an event at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. 

“We want to list Missoni on the stock market, we are working to structure the group with this objective in mind,” said Angela Missoni, as reported by Italian business daily Il Sole 24 ore. 

Missoni did not specify on which stock exchange the group intends to be listed. 
According to Il Sole 24 ore, Missoni has set out a plan for a stock market listing in 2023, five years after private equity firm Fondo Strategico Italiano acquired a 41% stake in the label.
