Moschino and Sephora offer up a new beauty lesson

The luxury Italian fashion house, which is headed by the designer Jeremy Scott, has joined forces with the beauty retailer's Sephora Collection brand for a second collaborative cosmetics collection.

The series, which draws inspiration from everyday school stationery such as highlighting pens, erasers and markers, is set to launch on April 25.

The series reportedly spans everything from liquid highlighters and a laptop computer-style eyeshadow palette to eraser-themed makeup removers and pencil-themed brushes. An image posted to Instagram reveals playful packaging in pastel and neon colorways, as well as the collection's sleek ‘Moschino + Sephora' logo.

The duo have worked together in the past, having launched a seven-piece beauty collection back in September 2017. "I learned very early on how much young people love my work, and sometimes they don't have the means to get it," Scott told Elle Canada at the time. "This is another way for me to do Moschino and not sacrifice quality."

Moschino appears to be doubling down on collaborations at the moment -- earlier this month, the house unveiled a fashion collection with the iconic video game franchise ‘The Sims'. Prior to that, it partnered with the high street retailer H&M last October.
