As pop-up stores go, this is one of the briefest but brightest. For two days (26-28 November) emerging designer Mowalola Ogunlesi hosts her first (albeit temporary) store at the Dray Walk Gallery in Shoreditch, London.

The Central Saint Martins graduate, Fashion East alumni and creative director for Kanye West’s Yeezy Gap offer, is presenting her ‘Lola Land’ merchandise drop and archival pieces, alongside a three-colourways limited-edition ‘Monsta’ boot and the brand’s signature ‘Bundle’ bags.
In addition, the pop-up will offer exclusive merchandise ranging from a ‘Jesus 4 Life’ hoodie to ‘Free Mowa’ T-shirts, ‘Tramp Stamp’ transferrable tattoos and a complementing hoodie with the same tribal ‘M’ design logo rings.
The space will be also host unique furniture items, including a table made in collaboration with Chapel.
The physical store opening reflects her growing position as an increasingly influential London-based designer. Her first show at London Fashion Week in 2019 attracted the attention of artists and designers including Drake, Solanage, Kim Jones and Skepta.
The designer has since worked with Nike to design the Nigerian football team's kit, collaborating with Skepta on his ‘Pure Water’ music video and was one of six designers picked by British Vogue to dress the 60th anniversary Barbie.
