PREP Property Group has announced the grand opening of Old Navy at The Shoppes at Parma in Parma, Ohio. The store will open its doors on December 5, with a grand opening event scheduled for December 8.

The 12,800-square-foot location is situated between JCPenney and A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, two stores also scheduled to open this fall.
Formerly known as the Parmatown Mall, The Shoppes at Parma shopping center has been under progressive renovation since at least 2013. In addition to Old Navy, the over 750,000-square-foot shopping center also houses retailers like Torrid, Ulta Beauty and Walmart. According to Cleveland.com, the shopping center has received $95 million for redevelopment over the last six years.
A division of San Francisco-based Gap Inc., Old Navy offers a range of men's, women's and children's apparel, operating over 1,000 stores around the world. Last year, the brand was named to Fortune magazine’s 2017 list of the 20 Best Workplaces in Retail in November 2017.
According to a press release, PREP Property Group is a vertically-integrated real estate company focusing on "repositioning and remerchandising lifestyle centers, power centers and enclosed malls that are undermanaged, capital-starved, poorly merchandised and/or distressed," among other real estate strategies.
