Outdoor retailer Lands' End opens new store in New Jersey

Wisconsin-based outdoor retailer Lands' End will open a new flagship in central New Jersey's Bridgewater township. The grand opening is set for Saturday, September 15. 

The new store, the first standalone location for the brand in the state, will offer a unique digital kiosk feature, allowing customers to check out from any part of the store, as well as traditional Lands' End features like free shipping and a no-questions-asked return policy. 

To promote the grand opening, the store will host special events such as a duffle bag give-away and coloring contests for children. As part of the brand's "Heritage Tour," Lands' End will have an ongoing raffle to win a five-day stay in the brand's luxury travel trailer, the Airstream.

"[We] look forward to keeping families warm with our Wisconsin-proof outerwear," said Claudia Mazo, senior vice president of retail at Lands' End, in a release. "The combination of a completely new shopping center with convenient parking, easy access and restaurant options make this a great location for our new store concept."

The Bridgewater flagship marks the brand's fourth store opening this year, joining stores in New York, Illinois and Massachusetts. The brand currently has a total of 15 U.S. locations.
