Outlet operator Neinver names Daniel Losantos CEO

The Spanish developer and operator of “The Style Outlets” and “Factory” has appointed Daniel Losantos, who was the company’s Managing Director until now, as new CEO of the group.

The Industrial Engineer who studied at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI joined Neinver in 2011 and was elected as Managing Director a year later.

The group’s new Managing Director will be Carlos González, who has been Neinver’s Chief Financial Officer since 2012. González will assume the new management position next to his current duties as CFO.

González previously worked as CFO for Inmobiliaria Chamartin and had positions at Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine and Beam Global.

Neinver is the second biggest operator of outlet centres in Europe, and has a presence in France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain and The Netherlands. The company specialized in development, property and investment management has a wide range of property products, including 15 outlet centres under the banners of “Factory” and “The Style Outlet”.

It is currently one of the latter on the outskirts of Amsterdam, scheduled to open in 2017, and has two other projects underway with Viladecans in Spain and Werl in Germany.
