PVH: former Coca-Cola manager on Board of Directors

It is a well-oiled process within the PVH group. In order to prepare for departures of its members from the Board of Directors, the parent company of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein regularly increases the number of directors on its Board.

In 2013, Brent Callinicos (current Financial Director of Uber) and Edward Rosenfeld (CEO of Steve Madden) joined the committee before it was made official during the general shareholders' meeting.

This time, PVH welcomes former Senior Vice President of Marketing at Coca-Cola, Penny McIntyre. Ms. McIntyre was most recently CEO of Sunrise Senior Living and President of the Consumer Group at Newell Rubbermaid, a group specialised in consumer goods with brands such as Sharpie, Paper Mate, Rubbermaid and Goody.

Her arrival on the Board is scheduled for February and should be confirmed during the 2015 general shareholders' meeting.
