Patagonia and Reformation team up for winter
Oct 10, 2016
Patagonia and Reformation have teamed up for a seasonal collaboration featuring puffer jackets, beanies and sweaters to keep the Reformation fashion girl warm this winter.
Reformation explained to its customers, or #RefBabes that "if you are wearing Reformation this time of year, you are getting a little cold. Also, if you are anything like us you are probably just cold anyway most of the time. You probably need some Patagonia to go with that deep v bodysuit."
The partnership makes sense for these companies, which are both focused on sustainability.
Patagonia is an industry trailblazer, or as Reformation credits the brand, "the holy grail, started-it-all Sustainability Guru." It has captured decades of consumers concerned about the environment as well as their clothing.
Based in downtown LA, Reformation brings a modern and fashionable brand-right perspective to similar issues with apparel manufacturing including water use, climate change and textile waste.
The partnership was born out of Reformation's desire to "pay respect to this inspirational company."
Reformation is offering the Patagonia pieces on TheReformation.com. Pieces include beanies for $35, leggings for $59 and puffer jackets for $229.
