Patrizio di Marco moves from Gucci to Dolce & Gabbana

The rumours have been circulating for several weeks but it seems that the arrival of Patrizio di Marco at Dolce & Gabbana is materialising. According to two sources cited by the American press agency Bloomberg, the ex-CEO of Gucci should be joining the Milan house's board of directors in March.

The information has not yet been confirmed, neither by the di Marco nor the label. But Dolce & Gabbana recently hired Gucci's former merchandising and licences manager, Diana Zanetto, who is part of Patrizio di Marco inner circle, says Bloomberg.

After 13 years at Kering, first as the head of Bottega Veneta then at Gucci, the executive manager was let go in December 2014 due to the brand's drop in sales.
