Perfect Corp launches new AI Face Analyzer

Global beauty tech solutions provider Perfect Corp. has announced the launch of its AI Face Analyzer technology, a tool designed to help cosmetics brands deliver better personalized product recommendations to consumers.

 
The new AI-powered technology detects more than 70 facial characteristics, including face, eye, brow and lip shape, eye and lip color, and skin tone, doing away with the need for customers to fill out long, subjective questionnaires.
 
This information can then support beauty brands in better understanding users’ individual attributes and generating personalized profiles that can be used to provide tailored product recommendations in categories including makeup, eyewear, jewelry, hats and more.

When paired with Perfect Corp’s existing YouCam AR try-on tool, users will be able to virtually try on recommended products, creating a fully interactive digital shopping experience which, according to the company, boosts sales conversion.
