Eléonore Baudry, the CEO of Figaret Paris, is the guest on this week's French-language podcast produced by Luxurynsight and FashionNetwork.com. The executive, who has been at the head of the French label for a year, is aiming to reinvigorate both the offering and goals of the French accessible luxury label, owned by the fund Experienced Capital. 

To meet these targets, Baudry will draw on her experience in the luxury sector, such as at the Gucci Group where she launched e-commerce in the US; and her time at Sarenza, where she contributed to the brand's international growth. 

Baudry discusses working life and the obstacles across different sectors in this podcast, analysing the challenges facing Figaret and other brands owned by Experienced Capital, of which she is an associate director.
