Prada brings third sustainability conference to New York

Italian luxury group Prada has announced that the third edition of its annual conference on sustainability, entitled “Shaping a Sustainable Future Society,” will be hosted in New York on November 8, 2019.

 
Organized in collaboration with Yale and Politecnico di Milano Schools of Management, the conference will bring together leaders in academia, institutions, art and industry to discuss some of the most important changes currently taking place in contemporary society.

This year’s conference will focus on questions of freedom, equality and justice in the working environment, and more specifically on “the nature and impact of ethical assessments in people’s choices and social behaviour.”

The conference, which aims to inspire debate both among its attendees and younger generations, will also be live-streamed on The Prada Group’s website
 
The Prada Group began its annual conference series in 2017. The two previous editions were entitled “Shaping a Creative Future” and “Shaping a Sustainable Digital Future.”
 
The “Shaping a Sustainable Future Society” conference’s agenda and speakers will be announced in the coming months.
