Puma teams up with Balmain on the basketball court
After a first collaboration in 2019, around the world of boxing, Puma and Balmain are coming together once again in 2023, this time around basketball. The new collab between the cat brand and the French luxury house includes a shoe model called the 'Balmain Court', which is dedicated to basketball, and claims the codes of luxury. A model made in Italy, with a 'ProFoam' sole and clean lines, which will be available from February 18.

Aimed at both men and women, the mini-collection also includes clothing (track suits, jackets, sweatshirts, shirts, etc.) and a basketball in the colours of Puma Hoops (Puma's basketball label) and Balmain. The colour palette is limited to red, black and white, with a touch of gold and the selling prices have not been revealed. Two professional basketball players, Kyle Kuzma and Skylar Diggins-Smith are representing the line.

Balmain, whose creative director is Olivier Rousteing, has already joined forces with other brands in the sports world. Notably with Rossignol in 2021, for a skiing collab, but also with the PSG football club, and with Porsche in the automobile sector.
