RYU Apparel to open first mall location

Athletic brand RYU Apparel Inc. announced on Thursday the opening of its first enclosed mall location.
 
The new store will be RYU Apparel’s fourth brick-and-mortar store and will be located within Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, British Columbia.
 

The new RYU store will span over 2,000 square feet and is slated to open in Summer 2017.
 
"This new store marks our further physical expansion across Metro Vancouver," says Marcello Leone, CEO, President and Chairman of the Board for RYU, in a news statement. "Vancouver is our home base and our goal is to be an integral part of the community."

Metropolis at Metrotown is British Columbia's largest shopping centre and houses over 400 stores and services.
