Rapper Rick Ross launches men's grooming line

Grammy-nominated rapper Rick Ross has launched Rich by Rick Ross, a paraben and sulfate-free nine-piece men's personal care and grooming line.

The debut collection includes a luxury beard oil, shampoo, conditioner, and hair and body wash. The complete Rich by Rick Ross collection will also feature styling gel, shaving cream, aftershave balm, pomade and strong styling wax.

Ross, known for his signature beard style, said he was frequently asked about what products he used to maintain his look. "Real bosses help other bosses stay blessed, so I knew I needed to bring the people what they wanted" he said in a statement announcing the line.

The collection uses a proprietary blend of champagne extract – purported to contain antioxidants –, mineral-rich caviar extract, and moisturizing hemp seed oil. Kona coffee, known for its complex antioxidants, is also included in the shaving products for added clarification and hydration.

All products in Rich by Rick Ross are priced under $20 an item, which Ross said are prices that "won't knock [the consumer's] hustle."

The collection is currently available for special promotional preorder on the Rich by Rick Ross website. Individual products will begin becoming available in May, while a national roll out will start in July in partnership with Sally Beauty Supply.
