Raw Sugar Living expands beauty brand to Walgreens
Previously, the brand's personal care, bath and body, hair care and lip care products were available at Target and Meijer stores throughout the country. Walgreens therefore marks Raw Sugar Living's third major partnership with a big-brand retail chain.
According to a press statement, the move is as a continuation of Raw Sugar's "mission to promote clean and healthy living by making it more accessible at a more affordable price point."
"As a brand whose product development is directly driven by consumer demand, it was important for us to not only meet their needs regarding healthy living products, but to make them more accessible by meeting consumers where they already were—in the aisles of their local retail store," said Ronnie Shugar, the company's co-founder and chief executive officer. "Walgreens was the most strategic next step."
Founded in 2014, Raw Sugar Living was named one of the "Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America" in Entrepreneur Magazine's 2018 Enterpreneur360 List in recognition of its innovation, growth, leadership value and impact.
The brand’s range of products is typically priced between $7 and $13.
