Work on the Louis Vuitton Foundation for design, financed by the LVMH group, can now continue in the Jardin d’Acclimatation, property owned by the city of Paris.

The request calling for the suspension of construction was submitted by the Joint Committee for the Protecton of the Bois du Boulogne, and was rejected on Tuesday 28 April by an administrative tribunal.
