RISD alums Robert Geller and Nicole Miller will host the fashion show alongside Tommy Hilfiger who is funding the show through a grant. The designer has helped and donated to the school in the past, and his daughter Elizabeth is an alumnus of the school. Other notable fashion designer graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design include Mary Katrantzou, Sally Lapointe, Tess Giberson, Marcia Patmos, Katie Gallagher and Diana Eng.

The fine arts and design school debuts the apparel designs of students every year in May, and the NYFW presentation will be the second showing for this group of seniors. The students first presented in May at the school’s Fleet Library in Providence, Rhode Island to a group of industry veterans comprised of Francesco Fucci, The Row’s Head of Design, DVF Senior Knitwear Designer Henry Zankov, Mariana Vidal Escabl, artist Dean Sidaway and Artsthread founder Alex Brownless.

The fashion show will take place at 6:00pm and a cocktail reception will follow.
