Rodan + Fields enters teen market with new acne solution
Dermatology-inspired skincare brand Rodan + Fields, known for its anti-ageing skincare products, has entered a new market with Spotless, a patent-pending teen and young-adult acne solution.
The company's new two-step system features BPO2 technology that uses the industry-first liquid form of benzoyl peroxide to penetrate the skin's "biofilms, helping to bring the microbiome inside the pores back to balance and effectively combat the entire acne cycle," according to a press release.
For those suffering from adult acne, Rodan + Fields has also updated its Unblemish regimen, designed to address adult acne, as well as the visible signs of aging, with new formulas that feature benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
"With our founders' unique perspective and expertise, we believe these formulas will be a breakthrough in the category and give the overwhelming majority of consumers who experience acne an easy, at-home solution," said Diane Dietz, president and CEO of Rodan + Fields.
