The 6,752-square-foot store will be located at West Ridgewood Drive with Ulta and Shoe Dept. Ulta, which announced plans to double its retail store locations to 1,700 locations, is slated to open a new store at The Shoppes at Parma soon as well as Kay Jewelers and American Commodore Tuxedo among others.

The 750,000-square-foot open-air center is undergoing a $95 million multi-phase redevelopment. This year alone, eight brands opened at The Shoppes at Parma joining anchor stores JCPenney, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Walmart.

The mall is located eight miles southwest of downtown Cleveland and features specialty retailers, services and a wide variety of dining options.
