Saks Fifth Avenue on Friday introduced Saks Associates 24/7, a personal shopping experience for online shoppers. The luxury retailer created the new technology to give online shoppers the full benefits of personalized shopping that one would experience in-store.



 
Through the new offering, Saks associates can connect with new and existing customers online by creating customizable boutique pages with a curated assortment of Saks merchandise. Saks Associates 24/7 also offers live chat, email and scheduled appointments, and associates can showcase their online storefronts to customers through email and social media tools.
