The Amsterdam-based fashion label signed a lease with the Howard Hughes Corporation in 2016 for the Seaport location. The new store marks the label’s first downtown Manhattan store and joins retail locations in SoHo, West Village, Upper West Side, Flatiron, and Williamsburg.

The 1,500-square-foot store features the building’s original façade, as well as herringbone-patterned floors, wood plank ceilings, and cast iron columns in the interior. The latest Scotch & Soda collection is also available in store.

“We are thrilled to amplify our New York City retail network in New York’s oldest new neighborhood and participate in the renaissance of the Seaport district—a vessel of the past and laboratory of the future,” said Ari Hoffman, Scotch & Soda North American CEO.

“The redevelopment of the original Downtown waterfront destination, surrounded by historic buildings, Fulton Street Market and cobblestone streets is a natural environment for Scotch & Soda. The neighborhood’s authenticity and character align perfectly with our brand.”

Scotch & Soda currently operates over 30 retail locations in the US and over 200 stores worldwide.
