Simon opens Norfolk Premium Outlets in Virginia

Simon Premium Outlets announced on Thursday the opening of Norfolk Premium Outlets, serving the Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach-areas.

 
The development company announced in January the opening of the 332,000-square-foot center, in addition to five new projects opening this year in Fort Worth, TX, France, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, and Edmonton.
 
Norfolk Premium Outlets, located at 1600 Premium Outlets Blvd., houses brands such as Under Armour, Nike, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Old Navy and more, as well as a Market Hall with dining options and outdoor café seating and a child’s play area.

The center also features four courts, Chesapeake, James, Potomac and Shenandoah that are each named after The Hampton Roads’ waterways and bodies of water and commemorate local heritage and history.

Norfolk Premium Outlets will open Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Outlet, and Armani Exchange stores later this year.
