Spring Place opens Beverly Hills location

Spring Place, the members-only collaborative workspace and social club located in New York City's TriBeCa neighborhood, has officially opened its second location in Beverly Hills.
Located between the Peninsula and the Waldorf Astoria hotels, the new location has the geographic potential to attract the kind of jet-setting creative clientele that its original New York City counterpart, founded in 2016, has become known for.
Intended to be an exclusive hub for creative industry elites, the TriBeca location's Spring Studios has played host to New York Fashion Week, with shows by the likes of Diane Von Furstenberg and Calvin Klein.
In a press release, Spring Place said the new 40,000-square-foot location is similarly meant to "serve as a hub for SoCal's entertainment, fashion, business, and artistic industries."
The Beverly Hills location, located inside a building designed in 2014 by Santa Monica-based Belzberg Architects, will provide members with private offices, open hot desks, a lounge, showroom space, phone booths, a restaurant and a 6,500 square-foot roof space overlooking downtown LA. In addition, the West Coast location will offer a range of wellness and mindfulness programs.
The club, equally intended to be a work and event space, will also offer its members access to a regular program of talks, screenings, cultural and culinary events.
Building off of original interior and exterior features designed by Belzberg Architects, Why Architecture further developed the new Spring Place aesthetic, combining elements of New York brutalism with mid-century modern design. The interior features a mix of vintage and contemporary decor, including custom furniture by Why's in-house Objects studio.
Currently, Spring Place counts Irina Shayk, Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri, President & CEO of CFDA Steven Kolb and Revolve CEO Michael Mente, among its members.
Co-founder Francesco Costa said the club plans to expand to Paris, London and Milan in the near future.
