Sundance opens fourth new store of the year in Tucson, Arizona

Actor Robert Redford's lifestyle retailer, Sundance, has opened a new flagship in Tucson, Arizona. The store will hold its grand opening on November 15.

Situated inside open-air luxury shopping center La Encantada, the new store will offer a range of women's and men's apparel, footwear, jewelry, accessories, art, and home décor. 

With a brand history of supporting the arts, the new Tucson store will donate a portion of its grand opening proceeds to the Tucson Arts Brigade, a local non-profit committed to participatory, age-inclusive community arts and opportunities with an emphasis on integrating sustainable design.

"Sundance supports the mission and work of the Tucson Arts Brigade," said Sundance CEO Matey Erdos in a release. "Since our inception, we embrace art communities and organizations who empower artists of all disciplines, and enable the individual expression of creativity through storytelling. We look forward to a longstanding relationship with the Tucson Arts Brigade."

The newest Sundance Store at La Encantada marks the retailer's fourth store opening this year, joining flagships in Fairfax, Virginia; Nashville, Tennessee and Deer Park, Illinois. 

Originally launched on a catalogue platform, Sundance now manages a total of fourteen brick-and-mortar locations, including Scottsdale, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; Tigard, Oregon and San Diego, California.

According to its press release, the company has further plans to expand its retail presence in the coming years.
