Thierry Gillier acquires Lucien Pellat-Finet

Lucien Pellat-Finet is off the hook. The Parisian luxury cashmere label, known for its high quality and provocative style, has been acquired by Zadig & Voltaire founder Thierry Gillier. Having suspended its payments, the company operating the label, Rivoli Création, had been placed in receivership on 3 October 2018. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

 

Gillier acquired the Parisian fashion house via its holding company. The label’s eponymous designer will remain as a member of the board, Gillier said in a press relase.

“Thanks to this acquisition, I am happy to be able to continue the adventure with this iconic label, with the involvement of Lucien,” Gillier said.
