Tiffany & Co. announced Friday that Ralph Nicoletti, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the company on May 20, 2016. He notified the company on Tuesday, May 10, and the company will conduct a search for Nicoletti’s successor.

Nicoletti served as EVP and CFO of Tiffany & Co. since April 2014. Prior to Tiffany, he served as CFO of Cigna Corporation and Alberto Culver, and he held senior finance positions at Kraft Foods, including Senior Vice President of Finance of Kraft Foods North America.

The former executive parts ways with Tiffany to join Newell Brands as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 8, 2016. With this appointment, current Newell Brands CFO John Stipancich will leave the company to pursue other interests. Nicoletti joins the company after the recent combination of Newell Rubbermaid and Jarden Corporation, which closed on April 15, 2016 and formed a new $16 billion consumer goods powerhouse.
