Tiffany & Co. appoints Michael Rinaldo, John S. Barresi to finance executive roles

Tiffany & Co. announced on Wednesday the appointments of Michael Rinaldo as Vice President, Controller and John S. Barresi as Vice President, Global Business Transformation.
 

Rinaldo succeeds Barresi in the role, after having served as Vice President & Controller at Vince. Prior to working at Vince, he worked at Kate Spade & Co. from 2007 to 2016 in roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
 
Barresi served as VP, Controller since 2013. He joined Tiffany & Co. as VP, Internal Audit and Financial Controls and Chief Audit Executive, and prior to joining the jewelry company, he served as Senior Director, Corporate Audit at McGraw Hill and Assurance Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The two appointments follow the recent hiring of Alessandro Bogliolo as CEO and the departure of Jennifer de Winter, former SVP of Northern & Latin America.
