Tiffany & Co launches India e-commerce store with Reliance Group

Luxury jewellery brand Tiffany & Co has partnered with Reliance Group to launch a local e-commerce store for the Indian market featuring numerous collections and a consultation booking service.

After opening its first store in the country last year, the jewellery brand has launched an online store and it features the ‘T1’ collection of jewellery, known for its signature ‘T’ motif, which has been part of the brand since the 1980s. The e-commerce store also retails the brand’s collections ‘Tiffany HardWear’, ‘Tiffany Victoria and ‘Tiffany True’, as well as its range of homeware and accessories. 
 
Users can make a ‘wishlist’ of desired products, also available in the brand’s brick-and-mortar store. The website currently offers complimentary shipping services to all Indian cities.

The website also enables users to book diamond consulting appointments with the brand’s in-house team of experts. Tiffany & Co also offers in-house private jewellery appointment booking through its website, as well as personal shopping services. 
 
Tiffany & Co has a brick-and-mortar outlet in luxury mall The Chanakyapuri in New Delhi. The store opened its doors in the spring of 2020 -- in partnership with Reliance Group -- and features a large display space for its jewellery, as well as a private room for consultations.
