Tilly’s Inc. names Jon Kosoff as new chief digital officer
Irvine, California-based retail company Tilly's Inc. has announced that Jon Kosoff has been named as the company’s new chief digital officer, effective February 24.
In the role, Kosoff will oversee all aspects of the company’s e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer relationship management functions.
Prior to joining Tilly's, Kosoff served as vice president of e-commerce and performance marketing at Taco Bell, a role he began in January 2018. Previously, he has also served as senior vice president of e-commerce and CRM for Hot Topic, vice president of e-commerce at Bebe and director of e-commerce and direct marketing at Wet Seal, among other roles.
He continues to serve as a digital council member for the National Retail Federation, in addition to holding a role on the client advisory board for the New York-based tech company, Yext.
“[Kosoff] brings nearly 20 years of direct experience in managing e-commerce and customer relationship management operations to Tilly's," said Ed Thomas, Tilly's president and chief executive officer.
"I am excited to be working with someone of his caliber to continue to grow and improve our e-commerce business.”
A specialty retailer of casual apparel, footwear and accessories for young men, young women, boys and girls, Tilly's currently operates 239 total stores across 33 states, in addition to operating an e-commerce site.
