Jul 30, 2018
Toronto-based brand Blackhare is popping up at the Toronto Eaton Centre August 2 to the 5, as part of CF Collective, a pilot program designed to incubate local retailers not normally found in traditional shopping centre settings.
The brand, founded by husband and wife team, Nick Chase and Monica Resendes, creates hand-printed tops and tees for babies, kids, women and men featuring unique designs ranging from Toronto-centric pieces to abstract art.
Blackhare will be joined by Toronto brand Sonic Bloom, which sells a unique line of planters, as well as CUT design, who specializes in city cartography.
"As a proud member of the Toronto community, CF Toronto Eaton Centre is delighted to welcome three local entrepreneurs to the centre as part our CF Collective program," said Sheila Jennings, General Manager, CF Toronto Eaton Centre, in a news statement.
"At CF Toronto Eaton Centre, we aim to deliver a compelling mix of retail offerings while providing uniquely curated in-mall experiences that resonates with our guests, and we believe CF Collective seamlessly marries both of these objectives."
This is the third installment of CF Collective organized by Cadillac Fairview.
