Travis Scott to launch 60-piece capsule collection for new album

Rapper Travis Scott is following up the release of his ‘Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight’ album with a 60-piece capsule collection.

The collection, according to Scott, consists of t-shirts, hoodies, outerwear, innerwear such as socks and underwear, bedding like comforters and pillows, du-rags, toiletries and contraceptives.
Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, announced the capsule on Sunday at his performance at Made in America, the annual music festival founded by Jay Z.
The Houston-born rapper released his first album ‘Rodeo’ in 2015 after releasing mixtapes from 2012 to 2014. Scott has partnered with many top rap, hip hop and pop artists throughout the years beginning with T.I. then Kanye West, Jay Z, Big Sean, John Legend, Drake, Rihanna and Justin Bieber.
In the fashion realm, the 24-year-old rapper partnered with London-based brand Maharishi in 2016 and he released capsule collections for his ‘Rodeo’ album and his song ‘90210.’ Scott has also performed at a Givenchy runway show and appeared in Alexander Wang’s spring 2016 campaign.
