Trek-a-Porter announces fashion tour event dates

Trek-a-Porter, a mobile pop-up shop launched by Wenlan Chia, will kick off its 11-day, four city shopping tour, which will begin at Mana Wynwood in Miami, FL, on July 11.

 
Trek-a-Porter is a shopping event featuring local artists and artisans, musicians and writers, culinarists and mixologists, decorators and florists, educators and visionaries and their products, which include jewelry, millinery, swimwear, lingerie, eyewear, handbags, scarves, and children’s wear.
 
"Inspired by the modern culture of inventive entrepreneurship, Trek-a-Porter aims to connect the beautiful American landscape in #GypsyGlam journey of fashion & art," the venture explains on its website.

The event will kick off in Miami with mixologist Albert Trummer and New York chefs Galen Zamarra and Craig Hopson. After Miami, the crew will take their Airstream trailer to the Little Flea NOLA in New Orleans on July 14, The Horton Building in Nashville, TN on July 16, and Hester Street Fair and South Street Seaport in New York City on July 18 and 19, respectively.
