Sales in the year increased by 18.5% to £104.9m (£89.5m excluding VAT), the first time they've risen above £100m. Jigsaw UK like-for-like sales were up 12.3%, and Jigsaw-owned The Shop at Bluebird posted a 37% sales increase. Jigsaw's EBITDA was up 79% to £5.6m, with total group EBITDA up 187% to £5.4m.

E-commerce sales at Jigsaw were up by 23%, and the company opened seven stores and two pop-ups in the period. Next year will see Jigsaw open stores in Amsterdam and Utrecht in Holland, as well as in Saudi Arabia. It will also launch three concessions with Bloomingdales USA in early 2016 and launch a wholly owned operation in Australia. A transactional Shop at Bluebird e-commerce site will also be introduced next year.

Peter Ruis, Chief Executive Officer Jigsaw Group, said: “I am delighted with the progress Jigsaw has made in the last financial year. At the forefront has been an unswerving commitment to design and innovation. It could not have been achieved without the skill and commitment of the fantastic Jigsaw team.”
