Kurt Geiger, the British fashion-led footwear and accessories brand, is branching out this fall. After a successful 2014, for which the company reported strong growth and record sales, it will now introduce a new kids' collection for the fall.

The new line will target newborns to children 11 years old and feature both new designs and mini versions of some Kurt Geiger cult classics. It will be sold in Kurt Geiger shops and department stores including Selfridges and Harrods in London. A new website for the kids' collection will also be launched for the fall.

In addition, Kurt Geiger will take over the complete kids’ footwear businesses in both Harrods and Selfridges this summer. The move will see the designer host a completely new store concept and introduce over 20 new brands, the company revealed.

Neil Clifford, CEO of Kurt Geiger, commented: "We are used to working incredibly closely with the buying and management teams in both Harrods and Selfridges to ensure their women's and men's shoe offer is entirely reflective of their fashion business, and it's natural to extend our partnership into their children's shoe assortment. Multi-branded footwear buying and retailing is what we do every day, and it's exciting for us to be challenged by a whole new category.”
