Ulta Beauty debuts dedicated Frida Kahlo makeup collection as birthday tribute

US-based Ulta Beauty has released a range of makeup items paying homage to world-famous Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, in honor of her birthday which was July 6.

Although Kahlo passed away in 1954, she remains an inspiration for many around the globe -- and, as spotted by beauty publication Allure, Ulta has now launched its own tribute in the form of a Signature Box featuring nine special makeup items dedicated to the icon.

The lineup features a 12-pan eye shadow palette, Liquid Lipstick in four shades, Frida Heart of Gold Liquid Illuminator Highlighter, Frida Perfect Cheek Duo, Frida Brow Master Palette, Frida Canvas Blurring Primer, Frida Brush Set, Frida Flower Headband, all packed perfectly into a custom Frida Cosmetic Bag -- featuring an image of the artist on a black background.

Priced between $10 USD and $30 USD, the collection is now available online via the brand's official website, and is set to launch in-stores on July 22.
