Through the “Selfless Selfie Project”, the Japanese brand is encouraging customers from five major cities to take a selfie, to make a pledge to do some everyday good and to post the selfie online.
For the campaign, which has been launched in Paris, Berlin, London, New York and San Francisco, participants are meant to include the message: "I dedicate my #3DSelfie to (insert cause) #UNIQLOParis." The images will then be posted on theselflessselfieproject.com.
Expanding a bit the concept of the selfie, participants with the best selfies will be invited to visit one of the brand’s flagship stores. They will then be scanned in 3D, and will receive an 8-inch statuette of themselves.
