VF Corp names Joe Alkire the VP of Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis

VF Corporation on Monday announced the appointment of Joe Alkire to Vice President, Investor Relations and Financial Planning & Analysis, effective immediately. He replaces Lance Allega who left the company to pursue other interests.

 
Alkire joined VF Corp in 2010 and held several roles in the corporate finance department including his most recent role of VP, Corporate Finance. In this role, he focused primarily on financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning with involvement in mergers and acquisitions, treasury and investor relations activities.
 
Prior to joining the company, Alkire, who is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), worked at William Blair & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In his new role, Alkire will report to VF’s Chief Financial Officer Scott Roe.
