The 2,700-square-foot flagship store will debut the newly redesigned Vera Bradley logo and store concept, but it will stay true to the brand’s aesthetic and heritage with signature design elements and a ping-pong table that is reminiscent of the brand’s origins. In store, customers will find exclusive sketches from fashion illustrator Dallas Shaw, a Sugarfina wall of sweets for customers, three digital wall displays and an interactive touchscreen that allows visitors to participate via social media in the Vera Bradley “It’s Good To Be A Girl” campaign launching in store and online this September.

The New York City flagship will carry the complete Vera Bradley collection and lifestyle items.

"We are thrilled to open our first Vera Bradley store in New York City," said Robert Wallstrom, CEO. "We look forward to showcasing our iconic collections and signature in-store experience to both the local community and tourists. With its well-edited roster of fashion retailers, SoHo is an ideal flagship location. We hope our many loyal Vera Bradley customers will love the store and will engage in all that we have to offer."

Founded in 1982 by friends Barbara Bradley Baekgaard and Patrica R. Miller, Vera Bradley offers women’s handbags, luggage and travel items, fashion and home accessories and unique gifts. The brand currently operates over 100 stores in the US.
