VF Corp names Nina Flood to key Eastpak role, Paula Gozzo moves up at Kipling

VF Corp has named Nina Flood as President of its Eastpak brand with the new chief being based in Antwerp, Belgium, where the brand’s marketing and sales operations are based. 

A veteran of the apparel giant, she will report to VF’s EMEA Executive Vice-President and Group President, Martino Scabbia Guerrini.

He said of the appointment that “her 17 years of experience with VF, combined with her extensive knowledge of the apparel and accessories market, make her an excellent fit to lead the Eastpak brand.”

As mentioned, she’s been with the corporation for some time and was most recently President of Kipling Americas. She originally joined VF in 2003 as Senior Director, Marketing for the Nautica brand that the group no longer owns. She quickly progressed and has held various senior positions, including leading global Marketing and Strategy for Nautica before joining Kipling in 2016.

Her career before VF includes 10 years spent at Guess in a selection of marketing and brand leadership roles.

The company also said that Paula Gozzo, currently Senior Director of Merchandising and Product Development at Kipling Americas, will replace Flood. She has been appointed Vice-President and General Manager of the unit. She reports to Vera Breuer, Global President of the brand.
